The scene
Can be reduced to lines
Intersecting on a plane
Diagonals and verticals collide to become underbrush
Branches map out coordinates on an axis
Graphing a bush
Drafting, measuring out a shrub
On the crest of a hill
An equation describes trees
On horizons, telephone poles mock the trees
But they lack the class of the real thing.
Grasses mirror the up and down with linearity.
Stems on the vertical support a pod, a flower, a sphere.
Bird calls punctuate the scene with trills.
Everything mathematical with a soundtrack
